Mindful by Nature Workshops - Willunga Library

This 4 week program combines mindfulness, creativity and nature to give you more zing in your life! Each week we will explore a different nature activity to inspire, relax and connect.

When: Fridays 7, 14, 21, 28 June 2019, 10am-12noon
Where: Willunga Library, St Peters Tce, Willunga
Cost: FREE

The workshops will be most beneficial to those who can come to each session, but all welcome to come and try one. This series of workshops is offered as part of the Community Resilience – Fleurieu Program by Skylight Mental Health.
