These meetings are open to the public. 

All meeting details including times, dates, agendas and minutes are below.

Meeting agendas are available to the public three clear days before each meeting.

Some matters, due to their nature, may be closed to the public and considered in confidence by resolution of Council in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1999.

Public attendance

• The Chamber public gallery capacity is 35 people. Once this limit is reached access to the building will be closed to the public. All attendees are required to sign in and out, providing their name and telephone number.
• Vision of persons present in the Gallery will be captured in the recording of meetings.

All public Ordinary Council and Special Council meetings and Audit and Risk Committee meetings held in the Council Chamber at Ramsay Place, Noarlunga Centre will be recorded and published on Council’s website approximately 48 hours after the meeting and will remain indefinitely as at 20 June 2023. Prior to this date meeting recordings were only available for 24 months. Members of the public wishing to access a meeting recording no longer available will need to apply to council for access to the meeting recording. Please note that fees may apply.

Confidential items will not be recorded.
